1,000 Dollars, Rural Children Given A Chance
The Vidya Project donated $1,000 to Srijan Ek Soch's Mohalla Education Program. This provides initiative provides formal education to children through informal neighborhood classes for children from LKG to Class X. Local spaces in rural locations without access to schools become inclusive learning hubs led by diverse volunteers, currently reaching over 1,000 children. Key elements include community participation, peer learning, structured and interactive lessons, cultural integration, and community engagement. The program also emphasizes health and hygiene practices. Beyond education, it fosters social connections, strengthens community bonds, and bridges socioeconomic divides.
